Encino Charter Elementary School
Turkey Trot is Encino Elementary’s annual Fall Fundraiser that raises money for our school and encourages students to get more active! Students raise funds on the Get Movin’ Fund Hub during the entire month of November and on Friday, November 17th, the whole school participates in the Turkey Trot on our track on the big yard at school. Parents are encouraged to come to campus that day and cheer on our students as they do the trot! All money raised goes to the E-Team so they can provide tech devices, library books, and programs such as enrichment. And--most importantly, E-Team funds our beloved instructors Mr. Rodriguez (computer lab), Ms. Yvonne (art), Ms. Kampelman (science), and Coach D'Mitri (physical education)!
