Hi Sakamoto Community Members! We’re kicking off the new school year with our annual Walk-A-Thon! This year's will be a Willy Wonka-inspired, World of Pure Imagination! Our WONKA-Thon allows students to make a visible contribution to their school, build community, have fun, and participate in healthy exercise. To prep for our WONKA-Thon, students will gather pledges from family and friends. On the day of the event, students will wear their WONKA-Thon t-shirt and are invited to add color to their outfit for extra spirit and fun. Then, students will walk, jog or run the school’s grass walk-a-thon course completing as many laps as possible. All students are encouraged to obtain pledges - students with a minimum pledge ($15) will receive a WONKA-Thon t-shirt!
