We are excited to announce that our fundraiser has a new look this year—one that’s more inclusive and focused on benefiting every student. After hearing your feedback, we’ve revamped our Annual Fall Fundraiser to ensure that it’s engaging, fun, and rewarding for the entire school community. What’s even better is that we get to keep 95% or more of the money we raise, making sure that almost every donated dollar goes back to the students.
Our goal this year is to raise funds that will support STEM Night, the International Festival, Teacher Innovation Grants, and student programs for this school year.
We’re offering group incentives to keep things fun and collaborative! When certain fundraising milestones are reached, the entire school or grade levels can earn rewards!
Every penny raised will go toward making this school year amazing for everyone. This is an inclusive effort, and every contribution counts. Whether big or small, the impact will be felt by all students.
Let’s make this year one to remember by coming together and reaching our goal!

- Register for the fundraiser or login to your parent dashboard here
- On the parent dashboard, make sure your child has been successfully added to our fundraising event
- Share, easily send at least 10 text messages and/or E-mails, plus post on social media

Donation Rewards and Incentives
We are excited to announce that we will be offering grade level and school wide milestone celebrations this year!
Grades will be competing throughout the campaign in daily challenges to win special incentive prizes! Daily challenges will be announced on the morning announcements and shared on social media. Examples of daily challenges may be: "The grade with the donation from the furthest away", "The grade with the highest number of new donors overnight", and more!
These special grade-wide celebrations include:
- Picnic Lunch Outside
- Extra Recess
- Ice Pops at Recess
- Music at Lunch
- Bubbles at Recess
- Lunch & Movie in the Classroom
Classrooms will also be celebrating their successes individually along the way! As we register families and raise funds, classrooms will all have the opportunity to earn:
- Indoor Free Time
- Pajama Day
- Cookies & More!
As an entire school community, we’ll be celebrating in BIG ways as we cross our major fundraising milestones on our way to exceed our goal of $50,000!
Our schoolwide incentives include:
- If we raise $30,000: Staff will dress up in costumes for the day!
- If we raise $40,000: Dr. Gamble will sing karaoke on the Morning Announcements!
- If we raise $50,000: Dr. Gamble will ride a tricycle throughout the school hallways!
- If we raise $60,000: Donuts for everyone and a school-wide dance party during morning meeting in the classrooms!
- If we raise $75,000: Frozen treats for everyone! A treat truck (ex: Kona Ice or similar) will visit school for all children and staff!
We cannot wait to celebrate with our students and share our milestone celebrations with you!
